The past three weeks have been very hectic to say the least. First we had a Corsair 28 come in a cargo container, and had to assemble it. About half way through that assembly the new Corsair 750 Dash came in another container. On top of that we had the boat show looming only days away. Talk about pressure.
That being said, I did have a wonderful time at the Strictly Sail Pacific Boat Show this year. True, it was much smaller than in years past. It was also a little weird that they called it "Strictly Sail," and yet was also a power boat show. However, in these economic times it makes sense to combine the two.
The weather was great through the entire show, and it felt like a summer day in Southern California up here. To finish it all of we had a nice warm light wind day of demo sailing today on the Bay. Now it's off to get even more sun in Southern California for a week.
